What Holidays do Michigan Employers Offer?

Holidays are an essential component of a leave package, which will vary depending on the company's size and sector. 34 percent of businesses give their employees less than six paid holidays. 55% offer between 7 and 10 paid days off, while 26 provide more than 10 paid days off. New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are among the main holidays that might be included in the program. It is up to the discretion of the employer.
