In a survey of 5,000 people across several countries and markets, just under one third of respondents (31%) reported feeling financially secure enough to pursue fertility treatments if necessary, which correlates rather cleanly to the nearly two-thirds (65%) of respondents who said they would switch jobs in order to obtain fertility benefits.

Employers who don’t offer employee benefits that address fertility issues can also see direct impacts to their bottom lines with 65% of respondents also spending time on-the-job searching for information on fertility issues, and 55% say that fertility issues have had a negative effect on their work.
