2023 is here, yet some of the most significant challenges faced by HR leaders in 2022 will follow them into the new year.  

The above is a sentiment shared by Chief People Officer Mary Alice Vuicic of Thomson Reuters.

With the pandemic continuing to impact the healthcare system and talks of a coming recession, Vuicic advises companies to prioritize the offering essential benefits such as virtual healthcare, flexibility, leave, and internal mobility to ensure HR success in the coming year.
