3 out of 4 workers in the US point to feeling burned out and stressed as two of the largest obstacles they face in their efforts to maintain and preserve their mental health while still meeting the expectations of others in both their personal and professional lives.

Mental wellness and mental health generally has become such a priority for so many people that 85% of surveyed employees will take into account the kinds of mental-wellness related employee benefits, perks, and services that are offered when they’re making decisions about potential new job opportunities and companies.
