I would like to take a moment to recognize a true professional that has been a huge benefit to my stores & employees. His name is Jeff Elder. I first met Jeff when he was a rep for AFLAC. He did an excellent job. But THEN, came along the ACA program (Obama Care). I had just discontinued providing health insurance (due to insane rate increases). I was looking for alternatives when one day I was casually whining to Jeff about it when he ïvolunteeredï to help any employee of ours to register and sign up with the ACA (who was interested). Between our 2 stores he spent countless hours doing this and only asked that ïifï an employee may be interested in any of his products, could he possibly mention it to them. Thus our partnership with Jeff and his team really began. Since then, Jeff has ventured out and began his own company Jenpale Benefits & Business Consultants. Jeff and his team still represent our stores and employees with our health insurance needs and other offerings that AFLAC used to offer. I simply cannot say enough about his willingness to go the extra mile (at all hours of the day or night). Heïs instilled the same work ethic and compassion into each of his team members at Jenpale as well. As a long time small businessman myself, I can truly appreciate great customer service. Itïs one thing to ïtalk itï; itïs totally different matter to provide it. Jeff Elder is a textbook example of what a Small Business Leader should be.

Highly Recommend!
In 2017 after meeting with Jeff Elder of Jenpale on several occasions, we decided to partner with him as an additional resource for our candidates during the transitional period of starting a new position. Jeff has consistently been available to our team and to our candidates as they make life changing decisions with employment opportunities. He has gone above and beyond to educate candidates and employers on the health plans available to them. I find Jeff very knowledgeable and helpful and would highly recommend him for Small Business Leader of the Year. Very Responsive
Jeff & Ashley were very responsive and made our transition from a broker we've used for years very smooth. They also put in the work to find us rates lower than any of the other vendors we were quoting through. Highly recommend!!

Great service!
Jeff and his team are amazing! I have never seen someone care so much about people and their insurance needs. Jeff will go out of his way to take the time to build strong, memorable relationships and truly becomes a partner, not just another insurance guy. Although I am not a customer of his YET, I have seen him work and am a close networking partner.

Very Knowledgeable
Jeff and his team at Jenpale are really knowledgable and kind, they were able to get us into the plans we needed and make everything make sense to us. Plus, we were really happy with our plans, turned out cheaper than we thought and great coverage, Jeff and his team helped us get discounts by going through the chamber of commerce.

Very Knowledgeable
I would like to recommend Jeff Elder & Jenpale, LLC Benefits Consulting for the 2018 BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics. Although I have only recently begun working with Jeff, I have been quite impressed with my experience so far! Jeff goes out of his way to make sure his clients' needs are met, and follows up frequently to ensure they are happy with his services. He helped connect us with coverage for one of our clients who was having difficulty finding a carrier willing to work with her group. Jeff responded promptly to my questions each day, even though he was traveling for work. When Jeff returned to his office the following week, I learned he had actually been on vacation the whole time! It is obvious that Jeff genuinely cares for his clients. Since his agency and ours were splitting the commissions for this client, we had to let him control setting us up with the split which can be a little scary! He was totally transparent every step of the way and even refused to take a larger split of the commission because he wanted to make sure he was being fair to us. From my experiences thus far, I believe Jeff will be a great resource, especially when it comes to his knowledge about supplemental coverage! Trustworthy!
I have engaged with Jeff Elder from Jenpale to help create an association/affinity insurance program for Story Labs. I chose Jeff and his team over other potential vendors because of his straight-forward, non-nonsense approach to business. I trust Jeff. I have referred a few colleagues to Jeff outside of my work with Story Labs and they have had similar experiences and thanked me for making the referral.
